The wave of Chinese tourists has hit the shores of Hawaii and the number of Chinese travelers visiting the United States will increase by 232% between 2010 and 2016! Your retail store can leave a lasting and favorable impression by showing aloha for China and Chinese culture by greeting and servicing customers in their language! Learn about China, Chinese culture, manners, values, Chinese shopping trends and basic expressions and useful phrases to help serve customers! Teacher: Feng Ye Zhang, native speaker from Shanghai, veteran teacher for over 20 years and national trainer of Chinese language teachers and Pauline Sheng. Pauline Sheng was born in China. She worked for travel agencies in China and has been a travel consultant in Hawaii and is currently an IT professional and teaches Chinese.
