Carolina Davis

Carolina serves as a Disaster Case Manager supporting survivors of the 2023 Lahaina wildfire. Through a program funded by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), she works directly with individuals and families impacted by the disaster—particularly immigrants and refugees who often face additional language, cultural, and access barriers when seeking assistance.
