Andrii supports both Hawaiʻi’s immigrant and refugee communities and local residents in need of social services. Through compassionate case management, housing assistance, and immigration guidance, he helps individuals and families navigate complex systems and access essential resources.

Originally from Ukraine, Andrii brings a deep personal understanding of the immigrant experience and the challenges of rebuilding life in a new place. His work blends empathy, professionalism, and cultural awareness — ensuring that every person he serves feels supported, respected, and empowered to achieve stability and self-sufficiency in Hawaiʻi.
